Unable to control my Moto one power(running android pie) using teamviewer host

Hi Team,
I have just bought moto one power running on stock android pie.I wanted to control my device remotely so i installed teamviewer host on moto one power. Whenever there is incoming connection request, a popup comes up asking for special access.Pop has buttom which says open settings but when i click that nothing happens.Also in phone settings there are whole bunch of options under special access.Dont know what to do.
Please help.

I am having the same problem with my Moto Z3 and it is running Android Pie.
