Ubuntu 14.04 LTS Teamviewer not started, but installed

Hi all,

I am using Ubuntu 14.04 LTS and Teamviewer is installed and updated with last teamviewer_14.1.9025_amd64 version. In last days I mentioned that it is not working from remote computer - black screen and now not active in computers.. In computer where installed is not opening Computers or Teamviewer window.
How can I repair that?

I am having the same issue. I have opened a case with tech support. They have been trying to resolve the issue for some time with no success so far.
