No Mouse Control on Ubuntu from Windows 10 PC

Hi Guys,

I'm logging into an Ubuntu machine from my windows 10 desktop.  I login successfully and everything.  I see the screen but I cannot take control of the mouse or keyboard.  I'm just viewing the screen.  Anyone know how to fix this issue?
