Installing full version while remoted in on Teamviewer host?

Hi. I have some clients that I manage using the teamviewer host. When someone needs access to a machine with TV, I like to set it up for them using the client. When installing, i have to close my session to let it continue. Then they have to accept something before it starts back up. Is there any way around this?
