I have teamviewer 14 and I want to connect remote to a customer who already has team viewer 10 from another Vendor installed on their PC.
Can you use that vendors Teamviewer or do I have to uninstall and reinstall my version of the teamviere 14

Thank you for your message.
If your vendor has a licensed TeamViewer 10, the license needs to be activated on his side and you will need to install TeamViewer 10 to be able to connect to him.
Only one license is necessary on one side in order to connect with unlimited access.
