Every time if i lock my system with "Windows-Key + L" and unlock it I have this weird overlay.
This overlay locks the input completely. I can't move it and I have to restart the TeamViewer.

This is indeed an unexpected behavior.
I would recommend you to uninstall completely TeamViewer (by clearing also the registry) and to reinstall our latest build on our website.

For a few days the solution worked, but now I have the same problem again.
TV has been uninstalledRegistry cleaned upLast version installedA colleague in the company has the same PC (identical Windows version) but does not have this problem.
This means that it is not a general problem and it has to be something on your device.
Maybe there is something about your graphics card.
Could you please check if the drivers of your graphic-cards are up-to-date? I recommend you to visit this How-To: How to update Graphics Drivers in Windows 10

It doesn't work. I have updated all my driver, my windows and cleaned registry and some stuff.
I have still this weird overlay. Mostly I get this overlay after terminating a TV session.
