with Windows 10 I was asked of password to connect
Hello,
sorry my english is not very good.
I've the problem, when i try to connect to a PC with TV14 the question of Password where asked. Until some weeks it run's. The right policy have the PC not and if i try to change the policy the question of the password comes again.
What can i do ? The PC-User should only accept the connection.

Could you please verify, if you have enforced the policy on your remote device?
In order to do so, connect to your account on your Management Console, go to Configure and Deploy → Policies, edit your policy, also edit the setting of your policy Access Control (incoming connections) and check if the box Enforce is ticked (see below):
This will force the remote computer to have this setting set up.
If it is not ticked, the local settings will apply, if they are different.

Even after I set this hook, reconnecting to the PC still requires a password.
So far, it has always been that the policy has worked and the user only had to confirm.
Since we have Windows 10 in use, these phenomena have occurred.
Would it help to reinstall the TV host on the affected PC?we ever get this window

The tick to for force this options is set but the problem occurs.

Then, I only see one solution left:
- Delete the Host with deleting all the settings
- Delete the policy you have created
- Install the Host
- Assign the device to your account
- Re-create the policy and reapply it to the device
