I've found instructions for how to remove the app but leave the configuration. I want to do exactly the opposite. I thought I saw instructions at a different website but can't find it now. No instruction on this site that I can find so far. I want to leave the app installed but remove the configuration completely so I can create an image of my eMMC storage and then configure it fresh on the new machine after it's imaged.
This is on Peppermint 9 Linux which is a twice-removed derivative of Ubuntu.
