Attempts to update MAC 10.7.5 result in a stalled blue/white stripped bar. Is there a way around this?

Hi KC6VRE,

If you run OSX 10.7.X on your Mac, the latest version you can get is the version 11 - this is for compatibility reason.

In your case, you have two options :
- upgrade your OSX to be able to use TeamViewer 12
-Download an older version (version 11) on the partner's side
