Is there a way to keep TeamViewer Host running on an android device?

I am trying to access an unattended device. But it requires someone to actually run the  teamview host app by accessing the phone in order for me to remotely access it. Is there a way that the app could be running all the time or restart even if the user closes it?

    Im having the same issue here. Teamviewer Host does not seem to stay running in the background, not in my Nexus and not in an Alcatel (which requires an additional plugin). I think it worked in the past, but I don't know what I'm missing now.
