Where do I find the domain name and the user name?

I am trying to update TeamViewer on my boss' computer and it's asking for the administrator info and password. I understand that it needs to be DOMAIN/USERNAME but I don't understand where to find the domain name and the user name. Please help! Also is the password the same as she used to create her account?
