I am away from my parents the only communication is skype for us and repair the app I'm trying the fix with team viewer app from my mac to Tablet but its always showing "Connection Lost". Can anyone tell me what's the error?

It's working fine now I haven taken apk file from this site ( https://androidcrew.com/app/com.teamviewer.teamviewer.market.mobile ). Earlier app from play store is always getting struck. thanks for the reply.
