How to get remote access for Vsmart devices
Hi all, I need to know what requirements are needed in order to get complete remote control access for Vsmart devices. I have installed the TeamViewer and QuickSupport apps and the device is correctly paired to a PC but the remote control is not working. The Android versions that we are using are Oreo (8.1.0) & Pie (9.0). Thanks!

Is your device not listed? Please do let us know which devices you would like to control remotely. This way, we may be able to provide you with a TeamViewer QuickSupport app to remotely control your device, soon.
You can contact us with your contact details, the name of your company, the name and number of the devices you want to remote control and your personal message via this form.

Unfortunately, Vsmart is not part of our supported manufacturers yet.
