Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Error on XP SP3

I have been trying to update to TeamViewer 14 on my Windows XP SP3 systems and always receive an error with Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library. The installation does not complete and TeamViewer no longer runs. After reverting to v. 11, it works fine... until yesterday. Now V 11 is out of date and I am unable to connect to computers running that version.

I found the answer in another post.
“Enable IPv6->
-Press the keys [Windows] and [R] simultaneously on the keyboard. The Run window opens.
-Enter cmd in the Open field and confirm with OK. The command prompt opens.
-At the command prompt, type netsh interface ipv6 install and press the Enter key. IPv6 is now installed on your computer.”2 -
