unable to update remotely

Hello -
I am unable to connect via TeamViewer to a dedicated at-home server, as I get the message that the server is not running TV 14 (though the computer I am using to try to connect has 14).
I am not advanced technologically-speaking, so any help would be appreciated!!

If you get this message, then there must be an update issue here.
Please make sure you have the latest TeamViewer 14 (14.3.4730) and not older TeamViewer 14 version.
