is anyone having trouble login on to teamviewer, both my office PC and home laptop will not let me login, keeps telling me to check my connection?
I get the red dot, not ready check your conection at the bottom of the teamviewer screen and i think this is then not allowing me to enter my password? I can log in to teamviewer via the website and also still working via my phone

My TeamViewer Free Version was working fine, however; I was locked out due to suspecion of being use for commercial uses.
I contacted TeamViewer and they sent an e-Mail that it was reset for free.
I cannot login
