14.3.4730 Super Delayed Connection Mac to Mac or PC

This version has an incredible lag time when connecting.  Can take over a minute to connect Mac to Mac or Mac to PC.  Internet speed is fine and nothing else seems to have changed.  Any suggestions?  This might be why other users are complaining they can't connect.
