Black screen

Trying to work from home today. I am on a Mac using OS 10.14.5. Downloaded the latest version of TeamViewer just now. It's 14.1.3399. I'm on Chrome. I can connect to my host work computer, but I get a black screen. My work computer is running TeamViewer.
Can you help?
