Mouse control

Good day everyone!
I have a question about mouse control: its all good if im just scrolling, its all good when im interracting any game interface, but why at the moment im starting to control character camera in game(TESO, if thats matter) it is going like gamepad? Ill explain: i can move my mouse any way i want, but it'll move correctly only going from the center for very-very small moves. Looks like mouse have to be bound to the center and move a bit, going back to the center all the time, but how can i do that? Haven't found any answer throw all the Google. Help.please!
