Version 14 doesen't works

I have installed in my pc (windows 10), the lastest version 14.

When I try to use TeamViewer, a message write my version is old and I need a new one.

Ok, but if Version 14 is not lastest version, what I have to do? I have a free lecense

Thank you for your post.

As the message mentioned that TeamViewer at the remote side is running the older version. Kindly update the remote side to the latest version of TeamViewer please.
