Can't Change Account Log On

Hello:

I've changed email addresses, and my old email address is no longer available. The old email address is what Team Viewer still sends notifications to, and is also my Team Viewer log on ID. I've tried changing the address in the Management Console. On line guidance says that Team Viewer should send a confirmation notification to my new email address, so that the change can be confirmed. However, I've received no email notification at the new email address. I've checked my Junk mail folder, and it is not there.

Am I out of luck? Do I have to create a new account?

    Thank you for your post. 

    Please check your email provider if emails from TeamViewer are supposed to arrive in your postbox. 

    You can also try to undo the action and reenter your new email address. 

    If you own a license, please open a ticket for my colleagues in support. They may have a look at what happened in this case.
