android; can't start remote host app

Hello,

i'm evaluating teamviewer in place of airdroid to manage multiple devices. We are using POE tablet with rockchip 3288, 2gb ram, 16gb rom, android 6.0.1 who run an app in kiosk mode.

I installed teamviewer host, but i can connect only if the app is manually open; if i try to connect from web management, it say "starting host app" then it fail.

Is there something i have to enable to make teamviewer host always listening?
