Unable to connect to remote Mac

Hi,

I recently installed the latest version of TV on two Apple computers. I successfully connected twice: first by the system generated password and next by the password created in TV Preferences. Since then, I have not been able to connect again (TV shows "Connecting..." and eventually times out and aborts). I have tried rebooting the system, reinstalling the latest version and tried version 13 as well; all with the same result. I hope someone can offer some insight and help.
