Good day everyone.
I am trying to access a client's remote computer using the Windows Authentication.
However, after a few attempts TeamViewer prompts that the username and password is invalid. Though our client can login to the computer using the details I am trying to enter.
Here is the sample of domain I have used: INNV\idess password: 123456
Also one problem I am having is I always lose control on the desktop whenever I am installing a program or switching Windows accounts.
I am using TeamViewer 11 and the client has the customized TeamViewer QuickSupport link I have created.
