The password you have entered is invalid


I have troubles to connect to user computer, when I enter his ID & password I get error message that password is invalid. Also want to say that my company pay for license, so is not trial version and also version of TeamViewer is updated on last version 14 on both computers, client / user. Any suggestion about this problem what to do?




  • TeamViewer is updated on last version 15. Keep saying incorect password on absolutely 100% correct passwords. Please fix your software!

    Just upgraded from version 14 to 15 today and have the same issue.   It seems using a Windows login with an AzureAD account is no longer functioning.
