DNS Leak Test

Don't much about DNS but I actually wanted to perform an IP Leak test on my VPN.
- I went to Find my IP
- Noted it down
- Then connected to my VPN
- & checked the IP again
The IP Address before and After the test was different because I think my location was virtually changed so my VPN has passed the test? or should I get rid of it immediately?
