Cannot add a Remote Computer

I am having great difficulty attempting to add a new “Remote Computer”

It was previously assigned, but for whatever reason I have lost remote control of it.

I have deleted the computer from my list of “Computers and Contacts”, but whenever

I attempt to add it again the Software states that it is already on my list! ...which is does not appear to be

    Reply was not connected to the question. I am still unable to re-add a deleted Remote Computer to my list.

    Hi @Jancux

    probably the device is still in other group (My devices is also a group)

    Try to collapse this group and search for specific device ID using SEARCH box.

    Are you an user for a Corporate TeamViewer license?

  • If you want to re-add a deleted Remote Computer to your list, first try to access collapse try the blog of Error code 0xc00000e9 that give you the perfect solution regarding this.
