Hi,

Just had 2 emails come in entitled 'Service case assigned to you' from 2 different users which are unknown to us.  We've only recently started using this product and this is the first time we've seen unknown requests.

Is this a blip?

    Hello @Waddesdon

    Thank you for your message.

It is very important to protect your network.

If you have received message indicating an unknown activity, we recommend you to use the black and whitelist policy. With this policy, you can define the users who can access to which devices.

You will find all the information you need in our Knowledge Base article here: Black and whitelist

Also, you can check in your Company profile (logged in as an administrator) if there are users within your User Management, that you don't know. Please delete any user who do not belong to your network.

Additionally, you can have a look at the following articles as well: How to remove TeamViewer from unauthorized users within your company

I hope this could help. If not, do not hesitate to ask your questions here.

    Cheers,

    Jean
