I can´t use my teamviewer. Please give me a solution!
I use the free license for non-commercial use and I can not access any computer, the software instead, instead of indicating a solution shows error messages for no reason to follow and another with "unknown error" use version 12 but already updated version 14 and the same is repeated.

Thank you for your message.
Please make sure the latest version of TeamViewer (14.5.1691) is installed on both sides of the connection.
It should work well with both this setup.
The older versions are not usable for personal use.
