I have a mini mac with OS Mojave 10.14.6 with NO mouse , NO keyboard also no monitor.

I'm using TeamViewer to remote control the computer, but I have this problem with mouse pointer.

My mouse pointer has a tail all the time. I have tried everything to fix it

Dos anybody has the same problem?

    Hello @Zakeeee,

    Thank you for your message.

    This sounds...interesting!

Could you please post a screenshot of it, so we can see what you exactly mean with this tail?

    Best,

    Hello @Zakeeee

    Thank you for your message.

This can be triggered by the fast movements you are doing and the little latency that occurs during your remote session.
I'd recommend you to select Optimize quality in the tab View.

Furthermore, it can also be that your mouse setting on the remote computer are causing this.
Please check the track speed of your mouse: https://www.imore.com/how-change-mouse-settings-your-mac

This might reduce the size of the mouse's tail. :-)

I hope this could help. If not, do not hesitate to ask your questions here.

    Cheers,

    Jean
