Error on two-factor authentication

Trying to activate two-factor authentication with Google Authenticator. Completed scan, but code entered is not working. Receiving this error message:

"Sorry, an error occurred while processing your request.

mWmme9r9Z6V-3-1-2B-jTr"

Thanks for your reply, but this was exactly what I was trying to do when I ran into problems.

Please review the error message I posted about and advise what this means. What is the 2FA you are referring to?

Thank you for your post.

Kindly check out the instructions of activate two factor authentication and link 2FA with your TeamViewer account again. Please ensure that your have deleted the previouse link on 2FA application.
