what happen to my teamviewer? this message keep poping up "Either your license or your partner's license is blocked" when i try to connect with my partners. I already payed the bills. please help

Having same issue as others in this thread. I've tried closing and signing out of my account. Logging in not an issue. But accessing any of the remote computers I need is met with the same message, There seems to be a licensing issue with you and your connection partner. Please bear in mind that this was working yesterday and I was able to use a work around to my remote computer and tried the Teamviewer from that computer and same error. If you need to see the full message I do have a screenshot.

I have a similar issue.
We used to have an account but no longer use it.
Our PC support provider is trying to access the PC but is getting above mentioned error message.
Is there away to clear this PC back to being able to use the free version ?
