trouble installing new version

I am trying to install an upgrade version of TeamViewer.  When I am asked for a password none of the ones I have work - Ive read teh article about all teh password types but do nto see an Administrative one. Here is the screen that stops me - what password it this referring to?

Thank you for your post.

Unofrtunately that TeamViewer does not have any access to the administrative password. Kindly check with your IT administrator for the remote administrative password please.
