Http 500 on disable tfa page

Phone with Authenticator broken, trying to disable tfa via the official link via recovery code. This page shows a red bar (http 500 in dev tools) so tfa never gets disabled. Is a fix for that on the way?

As the message displayed that you will need to enter the 16 digits of recovery code for TFA deactyivation. If you are not able to access to the recovery code, kindly private message your TeamViewer account to community moderator. We are able to assist you for further action.

Thank you Ying_Q. Although the image was cropped, all information was filled out. The image shows a red box without any error message, dev tools showing an http 500 on an API call.
