I'm unnable to connect to TeamViewer with my Iphone.

When I try I get:

Unable to connect; A connection could no be established. Reason unknown.

    Please see following checks:

    • Is your internet connection working? (Both a local device and a endpoint device.)
    • Can you check if restarting the TeamViewer service helps for both of devices?
