Chrome OS to Windows -- how do I make windows key shortcuts work?

Using a chromebook to access my high end windows desktop.. but I like to windows user hotkeys such as window+cntrl-"right arrow" to go through my virtual desktops for instance.  Another critical one is Windows key + [ to doc a window.     how do we passthrough the multi-keystroke windows key commands from a chromebook.. to a windows PC remotely.   I want to run my windows PC like I am there!  Like a Boss!
