Mouse and keyboard not working on remote computing

Hello,
For some times, I could log on and take contrôl over a friends' Mac as I do with my father's one. From a little time, it's still working with my father's one but not with my friend's one. I can og on and see his screen and mouse but can't mouve the mouse nor use the keyboard remotely.
His mac is under MacOS X 14 Mojave. I veryfied, it's authorised.
His teamViewer is set to Grant all access.
When connected, in my little Teamviewer's bar on top of the screen, Use distant mouse is unchecked and in grey (no possible to check it).
Where could be the problem, please.
