Quicksupport Moto Z4 special access

Hi, I've been trying to allow a manager to view my screen to help me troubleshoot a system issue. Unfortunately this app needs "special access" and I am unable to find where to toggle that access on. I have installed the Android 7 add-on as I read that was why I needed and it would work. But it hasn't changed anything.
