Does TV QS require a paid license to support family or firends Android device? When I connect to my family members Android phone, QS seems to timeout / disconnect after 5 minutes.
Can anyone confirm if a paid license is needed to use QS more than 5 minutes?

Or you may try submit the form for TeamViewer ID reset if you think TeamViewer has mistakely marked your device usage. Once reset is done, the time limitation on connection will be removed.
