Teamview seems to hog all bandwidth in both directions when uploading

When uploading files, Teamviewer seems to grab all bandwidth in both directions, preventing me from downloading other stuff (eg in the web browser)

Is it just me? Connection is ADSL2+ with a new modem (TP-Link TD-W8950N)
