Password not working in extras->options
Hi all
I am trying to select grant easy access on the Teamviewer app, this then asks me to change this in extras-> options. I click on extras-> options, this then asks me for a password. I enter my normal login password and it doesn't work. I don't get an error message saying incorrect password, just starts again and I am definitely putting the password in correctly. Am I entering the wrong password? Where do I find the correct password?

thank you for your message.
As you have described - The options are locked with a password.
This can happen if a password was especially were set for the options.Please contact the person who installed your TeamViewer and have set up the password for the options.

I have the same problem and can not solve the problem yet. I am the one who installed my TeamViewer and never set up a password to login to Extra > Option
Even I test making a new account without making password to login to OPtion and still, I can not proceed after the Extra > OPtion, and then I am stuck there. Please, someone advise me.
