When a User A guess or knows a Ticket-ID (they are incremental integer values) of User B - and User A write the E-Mail with those ID - the Ticket System says "User B replied: [Message of A]".
How to see, that this was User A ,and Not User B?
It's named based, not e-mail based, you cannot see the name, but not the mail of a reply.
