Teamviewer subscription still says expired
Hi,
We currently have a Corporate subscription that have just been extended until 23 August 2020. But it still shows that our subscription is expired. It's almost been two weeks since we renewed our subscription. Could someone please help?

Hi,
Thank you for your response. Could you please point us to the right direction on how we can raise a ticket for the support team to look at? Whenever we try to click the "Contact Support" button from the URL, it just re-directs us to the Community page again.
Or is there any email address available that we can try and contact instead?
