Unable to install TeamViewer and qs TeamViewer on Windows 10 Mobile Russian version

I have 2 windows 10 Mobile phones Microsoft Lumia 640LTE. First phone has Microsoft Windows 10 Mobile English version, second phone has Microsoft Windows 10 Mobile Russian version. No problems to install TeamViewer and qs TeamViewer on English version. However, when I am trying to install TeamViewer and qs TeamViewer on Russian version Windows 10 Mobile, the app is asking me to setup "Windows hello" future, but this phone doesn't support "Hello" future. And there is no way to bypass it. Please help
