Unable to log in on app

I can log in to my account and access online but when I try to install and set up th eapp on anew computer (Windows 10) I get this error message at log in: The user name and password you enterd do not match any accounts on record.
How can this be since I am, at the same time, able to log in to the web site?

Thank you for your message.
This is, indeed, a contradictive behaviour of the system.
In order troubleshoot your issue, I recommend you to reset the password of your TeamViewer account (by using a different password) and to try if it works better.
