Yellow exclamation and no access persistes

I have read "How to control a Mac running macOS 10.14 or higher". the target computer shows the all green in Security just like the image in that article. However, the Yellow exclamation in a triangle persists and I cannot remote access into target computer. Possibly even out of, but this hasn't been thoroughly tested. 

iMac (Retina 4K, 21.5-inch, 2019), macOS Catalina V10.15.1, Teamviewer v15.7.1965

    Apparently turning the Configure IPv6 to Link-local only was sufficient to get rid of the exclammation point.
