Trial period expired after receiving reset confirmation
Hello,
I recently submitted the form and received notification that my ID has been reset to free but it is still showing as trial period expired despite restarts and even reinstalls.
Can someone please assist.

I have the same problem, after three years of business license i closed the contract, now i can't use anymore TeamViewer as "Private Use" in fact i see always the message in TeamViewer window: "Your trial period is expired". I made the reset procedure as suggested by TeamViewer support but i still see the message and i can't use TeamViewer as personal use.
I made also the complete uninstall procedure, deleting folders and registry keys... but nothing!!!
Teamviewer told me to search my solution in the "community.teamviewer.com"!!!
