I hope that someone could assist here about an issue we're experiencing with some of our service desks end users. Somehow, for a specific domain, we don't receive the confirmation email (we already waited 2 weeks and tried new attempts every 2-3 days). For other domain, which are hosted by the same provider on the same master account, no issue at all.
And it only seems to affect the confirmation email, as they do receive the ticket notification within a few minutes.
Already checked spam and email rules, nothing in there.
