TeamViewer Android and Excel on PC

Hi

Using Win7 on PC and Android phone

Want to have a Excel spreadsheet come up on Android and able to change cell contents etc and to push macro button so that Excel on PC will run the macro etc.

Can Teamviewer run bluetooth between devices?  Not online, or maybe thru wifi also not online.

A bit more info.   All I want to do is use the Android as an input terminal only to the PC spreadsheet
