Updating TeamViewer to version 15.0
Dear TeamViewer Community,
On November 19, 2019, we released a new update for TeamViewer to version 15.0.
The exciting news? TeamViewer licenses are now 100 percent subscription-based. And that means every version update is included in your active, valid subscription license — at no cost to you!
As this is the first major release update of its kind in the history of TeamViewer, here’s what you need to know about updating TeamViewer to version 15.0.
For Windows and MacOS users, if you’ve tried to perform a manual update to the newest version, please disregard the message about needing a new license (see highlighted message in Figure 1 and 2 below).
To update TeamViewer to version 15.0, simply click the Install/Update button.
IMPORTANT: Your active, maintained subscription license includes ALL version updates. No new license is required in order to get version 15.0 of TeamViewer or any of our future releases

We apologize for the confusion and any inconvenience this error message has caused. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we address this issue.
If you have any questions, please let us know. We’re here for you.
Happy connecting!

Hi, we use Teamviewer management console with Teamviewer 14 hosts. When I turn on Update new version automaticly in the policy, nothing happens. Could you describe how to update from version 14 to 15?
Many thanks!
